Do you sell gift cards?
At this point in time, we do not sell gift cards. However, as we continue to scale that is something we hope to do in the near future. Subscribe to our mailing list and keep an eye out as we will always inform you of any updates regarding new products.
What is your return policy?
All of our products are handmade upon order placement. Due to this, we ensure you receive the highest quality products before shipment. If you have any issues with your order feel free to reach out from the support page and we will get back to you asap. We want to resolve every issue in a way that benefits everyone. As we continue to scale there will be updates to this policy as well allowing more flexibility in returns in the future.
What are the payment options?
For now, major credit and debit cards are the only payment options available at the moment. We are working on adding payment plan options like Klarna, Afterpay, etc. Additional information will be posted on our site when those options become available.
