All of our products are handmade at the moment. Once an order is received it takes 7-10 business days to receive your product. In most cases you may see it in under 7 business days. If there are any delays due to product availability or shipping issues, we will reach out and let you know via email or phone call. Discounts and other accommodations will be given based on the situation.

We take the time to make sure only the best quality is put out. However, if there are any issues in the quality in your order, we will do our best to remedy the situation. If you have any issues within 7 days of receiving your order, contact us on our support page and let us know the issue and we will reach out for pictures and more information to help best assess your needs. Refunds will be given in cases of poor quality upon request, otherwise we will send a replacement free of charge.
